Overview
Telna is looking for a full-time Customer Project Manager as an addition to our growing team.
As a Customer Project Manager, you will be responsible for the customers’ related projects, from the discovery phase, requirements vs solution plan, project timeline, execution, integration, and delivery time of the services and products etc.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate & coordinate project development, managing the scope of work, schedule, and budget.
- Responsible for the successful delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with all internal stakeholders - sales, engineering, and executives regarding status, timelines, risks and deliverables.
- You will be one of the team's key team members and impact the solution and requirements, design, architecture, and implementation.
- As part of regular communication with customers, you will have unique opportunity to make an impact on new products and services, to achieve that you will work closely with key stakeholders to define strategy and requirements.
- Proactively identify risks and potential issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, roadmap, and project goals.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, schedule, performance, and cost.
- Specify requirements for the technological systems and tools required to support the content operations business roadmap and goals.
Required Qualifications
- CAPM certification or equivalent.
- Project management experience in the telco space.
- Extensive customer-facing experience.
- Multitasking and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, strong communication skills, and open-minded.
Nice to have Skills
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience in one or more of the following network technologies: GSM, GPRS/EDGE, UMTS/HSPA, 4G LTE, Voice/Data Platforms, Messaging Platforms, Mobile Data, WAN/LAN, or TCP/IP.
- Experience in IT network infrastructure operations and controls, ensuring the integrity of networks, servers, firewalls, and physical security of IT assets.
- Experience with CRM platforms and ticketing systems.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
