Services for you business
Your business can take advantage of telna's low domestic rate and international rates for outbound calls, using both our direct-dialed service and our dial-around service. All calls are charged using telna's unique one second billing and there is no monthly fee and no minimum usage. A federal PICC fee of $2.50 per line, per month, applies for each phone line after the first line, which is exempt of this charge.
In addition, you may benefit from our toll-free number service. You can receive your own toll-free number assigned to your business, which can ring to any phone you specify anywhere in the world. This allows your customers to reach you free of charge, and the charge for incoming calls is billed to you instead, at telna's low rates.
If you do business internationally, telna can also assign you international phone numbers or international toll-free numbers so that your customers in other countries can reach you free of charge.
Please note that toll-free number service is available for telna customers, and is not available as a stand-alone product.
